Nevada October BS Thread
Goodmorning FTEers & welcome to October.
With the Fall season here & the weather getting colder, I can definitely say this year has gone by to quick.
I have been making frequent trips to Magalia, California to visit my Uncle as I dont think he is going to make it to the end of the year.
I had come up to visit on Sept. 23rd, but the next day I took my uncle to the E.R. in Chico where he was admitted & has been there ever since. I returned home on Sept. 28th for work & things are good at home.
I received a call from the hospital yesterday about 2:30pm while Jimmy & I were at a special event bbq at my work. Needless to say, I dropped everything & was back on the road to Magalia by 4pm. When I arrived around 9pm, I was so tired & stressed that I could barely see straight.
My cousin, Donnie(my uncles primary caregiver) had been admitted due to his high blood pressure on the 29th to the same hospital! UGH.... can't I catch a break???
I will be going to visit them both as soon as I get ready for the day.
