Is it easy to wire low voltage led lights...

If they are replacing your existing lights, they should just use that wiring. Check to see if there is a voltage rating on the package. Most will accommodate 12 volts. If they are 5 volt, a voltage regulator will be needed.

You can get LED bulbs for all of the interior lights that already exist if that's what you're saying.
You can add lights too, how are you wire them depends on what you want their function to be.
