Went by my Ford dealer to get an oil change and looked at a Raptor they had on the showroom floor. Had the 5.2 supercharged engine, sticker price was over $111,000 but with an added "market adjustment" of $50,000 for a total of $161,000. Sales manager said Fprd was sending only one to each dealer.

Your dealer not only has no clue what he is talking about but is total dreaming on the RaptorR price. I paid MSRP for mine and I was #3 out of 6 from my dealer for MY2023
Many dealers got 15+ R's. Many dealers did not get any.
They've had several Raptors on the lot. This one was supposed to be a model that each dealer was allocated only one of. Not something I could use or afford.
In my area of FL, there are a bunch of Raptor R's. Allocation is definitely dependent on demand and the dealerships that can move them. My local dealer has a couple on the lot right now, but they are all special orders that probably haven't been picked up yet.
