wire harness

I am going to replace the alternator and headlight harness but I noticed Dennis Carpenter list a Dash panel to engine wiring harness and I don't know what the harness would consist of, to my knowledge no part supplier offers an instrument panel harness? 1965-66 Ford Truck Part #: C5TZ-14398-CB

Currently in the process of assembling and once complete intend selling my 65 with the 390 so a complete wire harness kit is not in my budget.

Comments appreciated!!

There is no under-dash main harness available for the 65-66 unless you have one custom made to match the original or go full new harness aftermarket. Cost-wise you will be ahead if you can repair your existing harness with wires/solder/heat shrink where possible.

I had to replace all my wiring due to an engine fire. I bought it all at Dennis Carpenter. I found someone in a Facebook group that had a used under the dash harness. It worked out good for me.

if I can help in any way, feel free to send me a pm.

Can across listings for the item mentioned 1965-66 Ford Truck Part #: C5TZ-14398-CB, just curious what the harness consisted of?? The harness that were in my 65 are in very poor condition also due to engine fire; however, as with Flameridge purchased the dash harness from an FTE member that is in good condition. I figure with the headlight, alternator and a new tail-light harness purchased years ago should be all I will need, just have to recall how I rigged the pink wire for the Dura-Spark electronic ignition.

I appreciate U'alls comments, thank you!!

I have one for a '66.It's complete with instrument panel and harness attached. I'd like to sell it for a reasonable offer. I'm in Seattle, WA. The truck it came off was in very good condition.

Not sure why but I am unable to connect to the E-Mail link. Sounds like a great opportunity to pick up the instrument panel harness. Just pulled the trigger on hinges and all the engine wire harness, which is far more than I want to with new front suspension appears spending more than I can sell it for!!.
If you could send me a pic neighbor may be interested?
