I used a dana 60 from a 94 f350 dually i had laying around. For springs i used 92 f250 ttb springs. Everyone said that it would ride stiff but it seems run.

Suspension is done. It needs a track bar. Hopefully tomorrow I get on built and installed. Then later on I'll get the transmission and transfer case in it.

You put a tcase in it already? I had to cut down the gas tank to fit the tcase in mine. I used a 05 up front axle so used the stock van coil buckets. Have done leafs in older vans with good success

Dude thats impressive, get you a rear gas tank from a cut away, you lose a lot of fuel cutting your tank down to miss the transfer case, got a friend with one he bought new in 2005.

I think I only lost about 3 gallons worth. I wasn’t sure about a rear mount tank due to the fill neck so I just cut mine down.

Yeah, the bad on a rear tank is having to cut a hole in the side of the van, I hate the 16 gallon tank in my 89, tho the 37 in my 99 does impact the wallet when empty.
