Sync 3 Contact download fail
Gents. I have a 2021 F-350 King Ranch. I have an Iphone Xs. Everything has worked flawlessly for years between my iPhone and SYNC until this week. When I try to make a call using the steering wheel controls, Sync tells me to wait, that it is downloading my contacts. Can't get past this message. I go to the phone screen, download the contacts and can list them all on the dash screen and make calls by touching a contact, but the steering wheel call/voice command will not find these contacts. Apple CarPlay works just fine. SIRI works just fine. Both phone and SYNC software are up to date. I have deleted my phone from SYNC and reinstalled. I'm out of ideas and cant figure out what might have changed to cause this. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks.
