Coolant Temp Sensor Wiring
I have a 76 F100 302. Can someone show me a picture of their wiring for the coolant temp sensor on top of the head? Mine is non existent and I’m trying to wire it. I know it’s supposed to be a red/white wire from the gauge cluster but I lose it at the fire wall and the previous owner decided to coat the engine bay with 13 1/2 layers of blue paint including the wires. Is it a straight one wire or is there a connector or anything like that? Pictures would be great too.

Mine runs along beside of the drivers side valve cover. Held by a clip in the front and back of valve cover hold downs. the harness also contains oil pressure sensor wire and a throttle kicker solenoid. Temp sensor is in the front drivers side intake manifold water cross over.
