Spark Plug Wires
I have a 1985 F250 with 7.5L engine. I have looked at new spark plug wires and the Motorcraft specify "Before EEC IV"
The ignition box on the fender is a replacement so it is blank. How do I tell which EEC I have?

The 460 was never computer controlled till it went to fuel injection. EEC IV is computer control. Yes, some carbed engines were computer controlled with the EEC IV computer system, but the carbed 460 never was.
