I can't say I know for sure but the description involves high resolution sensor monitoring the shock internal valve actions to change parameter response very quickly.
It was available in 2021/22 F 150.
I would think there are some electrical connections involved with the shocks and other parts of the suspension not normally seen at the locations of these parts.
The option is not new and dates back to the mid 90s on Lincoln cars such as the LSC sport models.
ROCK AUTO suspension listings shows this controlled damping as >w/o< on all offerings, so they apparently don't stock such parts.
Try an official FORD source to put the VIN in and see what it come out with. It should spill out everything.
