Lumbar support failed

My wife drives a 2016 Expedition. The driver's seat lumbar support "collapsed" so that it now provides no support and the adjustment is useless.

Does this take a complete replacement of the seat? A repair kit? Professional help? etc...

I'd prefer to not take the seat apart to diagnose this and leave the vehicle undriveable.

Probably an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Maybe just a lumbar support pillow would work.
