Alright guys, while she still isn't in my posession yet, I did manage to get some better photos. The truck is (well, was) surrounded by lots of 4-5ft tall saplings, briars etc. Spent Saturday afternoon cutting a path to pull 'er out. Hopefully this coming weekend I can yank it from its grave. Oh, and it looks as though it's been sitting since 2009, not 2005. Not much difference, but still.
Nice looking truck. Good luck. Maybe it won't be too rusty underneath, being a southern truck. Definitely take your time getting the engine to turn over.
The interior looks pretty good.

The frame seemed to be covered in surface rust, but no pitting. I took my pocket knife and scratched/poked a few spots - all seems like superficial rust to me. Paint and body are way better than I thought they'd be as was the inerior. I'll post an update when I finally get it back to my place.

My frame looked worse than it actually was. I wiped this spot off with the sole of my boot. I ended up going with POR15.
I agree with the advice here, honestly, change every fluid, water and crud may have built up in places you don't want it. A quick drain of the radiator, the oil, and the gas. Perhaps consider changing the transmission fluid as well. That would go a long way. Do filters as well.
(On an unrelated note, I was just over in Georgia)
