Transmission help needed
I own a 95 XLT f150. 5.0L 302 4wd. Before I was the owner it was converted to a manual transmission which has since gone out on me. I want to order a replacement trans for it but don't wanna order wrong. Can anyone help send me in a direction for identifying the transmission I need to order that will bolt straight up with the set up I already have.

Um…. You want the same manual transmission that is currently in the truck or you want to put the an automatic back in that was originally in the truck? What manual is in there now: 4 or 5 speed? Does it have a granny low first gear or not? For an automatic transmission what is the code on the driver’s side door jamb?
