Clusters are unique between diesel and gas as how they calculate rpm and the rpm redline. Diesel clusters say "diesel fuel only" on them. Clusters are unique among years because of the location of the AIRBAG light and CHARGE light moves around every few years, but they all physically fit.
The PSOM should be identical among the years. Mileage doesn't matter but the digital display only goes to 399,999 miles, then flips back to 300,000. If your speedometer is grossly off, you can reprogram it using the 2 push-buttons on the cluster face.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I'm only intending to pull the PSOM (unless you're answering "yes" to my last question). Can you recalibrate the answer for that?
You'll change mileage, and probably speedometer calibration though, FYI.
Oh! The PSOM manages the mileage on the odometer? I didn't realize that. Shoot. That bugs me but at least now I know. Maybe I should just open the PSOM and fix it up.

You can reprogram the mileage through psom? I thought that was through the PCM / computer?
I might need to replace my psom soon and am worried about mileage if that's the case. I've also read that there are only 6 reprograms you can do of the psom.
