2016 Safe Mode when giving throttle

My 2016 F350 6.7 liter dually keeps going into safe mode when stepping into the throttle. Ford dealer can't seem to fix it. Anyone else experience this?

What codes is it giving and what does the dealer think it may be or telling you it is.

it has thrown 3 different codes the dealer claims. One had to do with EGR, another was exhaust temp.
The dealer has had the truck 4 different times and is still unable to find it.
