Just curious if anyone has had experience dealing with Tasca Ford as an on-line Ford parts supplier.
I'm familiar, and have dealt with Autonation Ford White Bear Lake with great success, but recently noticed that Tasca has about a 10% better price on the Ford parts I need.
They are also located in the northeast US, which is much more convienient for shipping to me.
I've purchased from them for about two decades. I check with Tasca, ANWB, Lakeland, and FordPartsGiant to find the best price and shipping combined. I never had an issue with any. I also by from Quirkparts on eBay, as they are a verified Ford Northeast dealer. Tasca also sells on eBay.
I use all of who Jack mentioned and occasionally search by part number with a search engine and see who else may be cheaper. BUT I ordered some taillights for my Mustang from Tasca as they did have the best price. That was a fiasco! It turns out they were just re-selling them from another dealer. I could see which dealer they got it from to ship it to me. That wasn't the main issue. Both of them were cracked when I first got them. Second batch, one was fine, the second was cracked. The third one I got had lights out when I plugged it in (LED's so I couldn't change them). It was later and plugged in so they wouldn't just exchange it. Meanwhile, I bought one from Ford Parts Giant and it was fine. Packing them well makes all the difference.
Tasca is okay. I had a few problems with them showing items in-stock and then delaying shipping for unknown reasons (probably the same reason as the previous post - reselling from another dealer). I've also had problems with their shipping calculator showing outrageous shipping costs. My go-to is Nate at Fairway Ford (also in the NE) - https://www.fairwayfordparts.net - never had a problem there.
