Best scanner?
Hey guys, I have a 95 powerstroke, and it seems as though my cheap scanner doesn’t work, I knew going into it that it might not, being that it’s an older truck, but I’m wondering what scanner or tool you would recommend best to be able to read these codes? I don’t have a laptop or computer to upload any files or things of that nature, but if there’s any that would work with an IPhone or Bluetooth app or something? Thanks for the help!

okay so to my understanding, it’s the app that allows the Bluetooth device to read the codes, it’s not the actual device itself?
