What are the possible oil leaks that would be in front of the engine to look for?
Kind of looks like it comes from the top.
I cleaned the cam sensor and took it for a drive. Once I got back looked under and sensor looked pretty dry but leaks around it and has a leak coming down onto the pulleys and onto the radiator hose. Drips finally down to my steering stabalizer shocks
I had one of those mystery leaks...turned out to be my LPOP seal.

always looked like up top leak
when i removed the balancer, i knew it was the seal with all the gunk there
now i have faster starts as low pressure develops faster
Mine would gush oil after 20 seconds of it running....you are correct....TONS of junk on that thing. Hard to see because of the harmonic balancer being in the way. Mine fires up much faster too, threw a Melling in there.
If it's from the front on top the only things I can think of are the HPOP reservoir gasket, the HPOP reservoir itself (overtightening the bolts or using the wrong gasket can crack the housing), or possibly the front cover.
I had a leak I thought was coming from behind the upper alternator, running down the corner of the block ( not on the pulleys though).
Turned out it was the gasket under the oil filler extension and somehow migrating forward.
Easiest leak I ever fixed, even though it wasn't the easiest to find!

Used injector o ring works like a champ there. I've played injector wack-a-mole(Tugly) so many times I've got a bit of a surplus. If that VC comes off the fill neck comes off and the o ring is changed before going back on.
