How old is too old DEF? Is there a shelf life?

Shpuld be 1-3 years.Temperature can have a big effect on that. The hotter the temps, the lower the shelf life.

I've used SuperTech DEF every time except for maybe two or three tanks I've gotten from the pump while traveling. 2022 F-250 with about 14K on the clock. No issues.

Same here. I don't know of any benefit from using any ultra-super DEF.

Have never lifted a jug of the stuff, always filled it at the truck stops, after wiping the pump off. Cost less at the pump and doesn't take up any room.
