Onboard DTC Codes
2007 F 150 XL 4.2L When accessing the onboard DTC codes (Hold the odometer reset and turn on the key) the numbers/ letters are not the same as posted. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

What are you trying to do? The odometer "codes" have very limited usefulness. If one does not know how to utilize them for their narrow purpose, one will usually end up down a rabbit trail.
Any codes present in the cluster will only be for the cluster itself, not the PCM or any other subsystem. Those require a "real" scan tool, reader or comparable.
