I have a 2022 F250 Lariat trim and recently I have been having an issue with having no audio. When attempting to turn on the audio, it does not. I have done a master and soft reset and when it completes the process, I can then see the options of the audio source (Bluetooth, am,fm etc) but when I click them, nothing happens. I then can turn it off but then turning it on will not happen. When it is on, the volume **** does not work either, it stays at 0. I can navigate in the infotainment and CarPlay just can’t get the sound to work. I pulled the amp and radio fuse and nothing. Any advice?

Hey there. Can you send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer? I would like to see what I can do to assist with your truck's audio issues.

Did you ever get this taken care of? I’m having the same issue…

I had this problem on my 2022. Did all the resets, soft, hard and master. Also pulled/replaced fuses. There are separate fuses for sync, radio, and amplifier as I recall?
Did all the above several times, and then suddenly it all worked again. Problem has not returned.
seems to be an ongoing issue as I'm dealing with something like it now and so are some other fellas on here and one is paying to have this fixed. Mind taking a look? @Ford Motor Company

Im having same issue. 2022 F350 Platinum Dually. SYNC screen looks ok. No Audio. SYNC audio buttons, and manual volume **** do not respond.
Could this be part of the SYNC recall (NHTSA Recall 25V442)?
If so, ugh! "Software is not available. FMC is working to provide software for this repair. The remedy is anticipated to be available the third quarter of 2025."

I ended up taking it to the dealer. They had it two full weeks. They tested/reprogrammed everything tied to the audio system. Ended up changing out the Audio Control Module (ACM) p/n LC3Z18K810J.
It was all covered by warranty. Pretty sad the part broke, even worse it took so long to figure out the problem. My local shop seemed to be working hard, but Ford home office was dragging their feet, slow to respond.
