Problem, can't find solution anymore
So a while back I got an instrument cluster with a tach for my 94 and the one I got is the right year but didn't come with a battery light which is bad for well known reasons. I remember seeing what wires to jump but can't seem to find it anymore. Been looking for a few days now and I got a feeling I'm gonna feel stupid but does anyone know where I can find that thread or have the diagram

Ah, dang, well I'm sure you can find some kind of diagram online, maybe change the title of this thread to something more specific as well

The standard and optional clusters on these trucks have a battery light. Not sure why you think the cluster with the tach does not.
1994 standard cluster (Item #9) and optional cluster (Item #11) below. No wiring changes required.
