Jack up the suspension taking the weight off the tires and support the truck so it will not fall on you.
Place a bar under the tire and lift up on it. There should not be any play up & down.
Then grab the top & bottom of the tire and shake it in & out, it also should not move.
If it dose move they need to be replaced.
