Truck currently will not start but will crank. Tested the Schrader valve on the fuel bowl and it shows 0-3psi when cranking. I read online I should be cranking at 20psi.
Removed fuel filter and watched the bowl fill, it is extremely slow and even after 10-15 seconds of cranking it barely fills up an inch. Does the fuel bowl generally fill up quickly?
I have two fresh batteries, and my Wait to Start Light comes on, but does start blinking after about 10 seconds of trying to turn over. There is no white smoke coming out of the exhaust either.
Everything that has also been replaced:
1. All 8 Injectors
2. IPR
3. MLS / Neutral Safety Switch on transmission
Sounds like the fuel pump, which is directly behind the fuel bowl, has died. You can try and put a hose together to feed the pump to make sure there is not a blockage in the line.
How much fuel is in the tank? If it is below 1/4, it make have a broken shower head in the tank
Both tanks have been dropped, all fuel lines blown out. No blockage in the strainers either.
Performed an Injector Buzz Test and all passed. Only code coming up is P0603 for my PCM. I've read online that if my cigar lighter, WTS light, glow plugs, etc, are working than my PCM should be operating normally as well.
When I do attempt to crank the tachometer does not move, but I'm not getting any fail codes for the CPS.

Any ideas on why the code is still appearing?
Is that the KAM self test? Im pretty sure every time your battery is disconnected and then reattached it will throw that code. No tach can mean CPS. Cheap and may as well have a backup if its not bad anyway.
