Those are just replacement skins it looks like, which is exactly what I need for the bottom of that bench in mine. I wonder if the seat needs to be taken all the way out of the cab or the seatback needs to be separated. This is one that's past due for darn certain
IMO, unless you just like the vinyl bench, I think I'd use this as an opportunity to locate and install a seat upgrade. Should be relatively cheap and easy to find a nicer split bench or 40/20/40 out of another truck to swap in.
Here in GA I'd definitely use it as an opportunity to get some cloth seats and ditch the vinyl, vinyl sucks here on a hot summer day.

it’s an idea I contemplated. There are a couple joints around here I could call that specialize in used Ford truck parts to see what a good used 40/20/40 cloth set goes for.
Yeah the vinyl doesn’t help in the hot weather because of how it doesn’t breathe, and I don’t think they offered cloth on the benches. New vinyl bottom looks to be about $150 through the eBay vendors and would probably be the most economical way to get some satisfaction. The seat back isn’t perfect either but not a problem whatsoever compared to the bottom.
This I’ve never liked and have gouged my left arm on plenty of times reaching into the back behind the driver’s side:
What he said, look for some good used cloth seats in your favorite layout. Economical and vinyl sucks.
If you end up getting covers or fresh vinyl definitely get new cushions. That stuff looks rotted in the pic.
There is a spot where the foam itself has worn down about a half inch, but it’s actually still pretty supple and not flaking or crumbling. I bet it would be okay just to slap a new vinyl on there and keep on partying. Looking for the perfect set of used 40/20/40 cloth seats the correct color wouldn’t be that easy I bet after calling some these local parts places.
Plus then it’s like whaddaya do about the old bench seat that’s not really garbage but not really worth much either and takes up a lot of storage space. I’m already there with the original set of grungy steel wheels that are taking up space in the utility room but can’t really bring myself to throw away🤣
I used The Seat Shop when I redid my driver's seat (captain's chair). Perfect fit and looked 100% OEM. You wouldn't know the difference unless I told you.
Always worth a drive to the local pick and pull to see what they have. We have one that posts photos online of all the vehicles which is great to match color etc. I just looked up price $36 for a bench seat with seat belts, heck If they have a nice one seems reasonable to me.

I got a nice deal a couple years ago from one of the used parts places on a nearly pristine chrome bumper to replace my broken rusty one. I called a couple places including that one and nobody had any Super Duty seats for awhile, so I went ahead and ordered one of these:
Many of these don't have the holes for the belt buckles, meaning you have to make two cuts in precisely the right spot and reuse the plastic trim surrounds. Honestly I am just looking to go from zero to fixed as fast as possible on this one for an easy and satisfying win. The bench is comfortable as far as the seatback positioning IMO and I'm not a fan of those flip-up center consoles anyway especially with a manual transmission.
