I have a 2022 crew cab short bed. I put the Bilstein 2 1/2” springs up front which made me an inch higher. I got a set of 17-19 rear blocks from a buddy at Ford and new u-bolts from the parts department and swapped them this morning. Level now on 35’s with 44 1/2” from the ground to the center of the fender well.
The swap took about 25 minutes and is ridiculously easy. For those that want to reverse level, the 20-22 F250 without plow package have 2” non tapered blocks. The 17-19 will absolutely fit 20-22. They are tapered so they are side specific.
the longer U- bolt part number needed for the 3” (17-19) blocks is BC3Z-5705-F
If anyone is interested in my 2” blocks and U bolts send me an email and we’ll work it out.
