I have a 2006 f350 6.0 . My a/c is over pressuring. I have replaced the condenser, compressor, acccumulater and the orifice tube. Had a shop perform a vacuum and pressure test while adding refrigerant. They said it high side over pressured. Seeing as everything was replaced what could the problem be?
"over pressuring" usually means there is a blockage in the system somewhere.
i had an 06 F150 come in with the same issue. 1/2 pound refrigerant had 350 psi high side gauge.
the accumulator had a clear plastic cap stuck into the side port under the black cap.
the guy did not see it when putting the system together.
took me close to 3 hours to find it. once that cap was out it charged properly.

In your case, you would have also had a severe "under-pressure" condition on the low side.
Until the OP clarifies, not much use in speculating.
