Hydraboost problem
2000 Ford F-250 auto 7.3 ….I changed the hydraboost on this truck at a shop I worked at when you started the truck it would depress the pedal by itself but when you shut the truck off the pedal would come back well after swapping it out it had perfect brakes it would stand you on your head but the pedal felt a little soft to my boss and he had some people bleed the lines and do a scan tool bleed and now the pedal is so hard you have to stand on them and it still won’t hardly stop ……any help would be greatly appreciated…..thanks guys .

The pedal moves down and feels really good it’s not too hard but the brakes don’t stop you you have to really stand on them to get it to really stop hard but….after I changed the hydraboost the pedal was a little soft but the brakes worked great we drove it about 350 miles and the brakes never gave a problem but the next day another worker kept complains about the pedal being soft so they took it and had the brakes bled and the antilock brakes bled and now it has bad brakes I can’t figure it out …..I’ve reveled them and replaces brakes calipers and rotors on the front and still the same thing
