I can only speak for the front fenders and inner panels, they were as close a fit as you could want had to massage a couple of the holes for the slide on nuts but that could just be my alignment or an accident I don't know of. I would do it again only thing I hated was trk shipping charges and I used to be an LTL driver guess pay is alot better. Good luck
Not sure if this is useful but I spoke with one of the Ford vendors at the F100 Grand Nationals back in May in Pigeon Forge, TN. I was asking the same question, repro v/s original. He stated that their repro panels were 18 gauge and the same as the original that Ford produced. I can't remember the vendor but it wasn't LMC or Dennis Carpenter. Most importantly, I did confirm 18 ga for the panel thickness.
