i removed right side head to replace a bent intake valve # 3 cyld ,put it all back together with new chains & guides and the right side is getting way to much fuel plugs get fouled out right away
i have tried many different things i know this is not a vacuum leak or a timing issue. i removed the intake again and replaced the gaskets and timing cover and triple checked timing marks.
i did not replace 02 sensers i swapped right to left issue stayed on right, i swapped injectors and coils right to left issue stayed on the right removed converter and all was good.
pulled right side harness up and out checked all wires , checked all pins on ECM and harness plugs. compression is 179,185,182,168 . on the right side.
truck is 2006 f150 4.6. 115,000 miles. this truck ran almost perfect before this, except for the misfire shake. that 2195 code is the only code it spits out.
i can pull all 4 injector wires off and it does not change a thing , with engine running right side exhaust gets to only 200 degrees .
i Shure hope someone on here can help me figure this issue out, .
I won't be too much help but what scanner or diagnostic computer do you have access? Like you I'd be easily convinced your situation is due work recently done, a component or wire connections damaged or disrupted somewhere in the process?
