Rocker Panel Mount Snapped

So while changing the rocker panel gasket one of the mount snapped of the block. The question now is do I really need it or are the other 3 bolts holding the panel good enough? I have tried to JB weld it back on but even the smallest amount of torque just made it come back off.
Last resort is to get it braise welded but the current estimate is around $950, which is quite steep. Any suggestions are appreciated

I would give it a try using silicone. Once the silicone is cured probably wouldn't need any bolts to hold it on.

Try PC7 2 part epoxy putty. Make sure to degrease the area. I would build it enough to drill and tap it instead of trying to glue the piece back on.

Double check the length of the bolts being used. It looks as though the bolt may have bottomed and popped the tower off. It can happen if the cover is damaged/ over tightened or too long of a bolt is used.
