Just took 2023 f250 for a test drive. I know it was only a 10 mile drive , but I have to say it seemed to ride a little smoother then my 22 and the programming in the trans seemed much better then my 22. No skip shift in normal mode and seemed to down shift smoother as well. In person the front end looks better and is growing on me as I hated it at first. Really liked the heads up display and infotainment screen was very crisp. All and all it seemed like an improvement. Just my 2cents
It's the new truck smell. The chemicals released during manufacture act on the pleasure center of the brain and alter your sense of reality. My truck rode like a Town Car first 2000 miles. I do find a trip to the car wash improves ride, handling and engine performance.

Are the seats different? I have a 2021 and the seats were the same as my 2015 f150. I really like my seats and about to make a deal on a 2023. Thanks.

We’ll you do have a 2022 and the 2023 is revamped from tip to tail.
Kinda funny my 2023 has 3700 miles and the new car smell is almost gone.. Seriously had it go so quick, but the ride difference is amazing. Very happy I did not settle for the 2022.

I keep hearing this. Very interested to see the difference between the 2021 and 2023. My 2021 drive great already.
On a perfectly flat road, steady state, sea level, and just cracked 10th gear (right at 52ish MPH), the gas mileage
"lie-o-meter" pins the 30 MPG level on it. Obviously give it any more gas, it drops big, but just that it does that
in ANY state (if true), is kind of amazing.

At this point, my 22 rides so well that if the 23 rides better, it is irrelevant to me. My 22 is the last year in which you can get the 7.3 in XL form without all the electronic driving nannies. A lot of people probably won't care but mine is irreplaceable.
