How would I wire up my electric shift tcase to the manual pcm for the 4lo? Just dropped a zf5 in and the t-case will not go into low. Any way around this?

Check to see if there is an unused set of contacts on the clutch interlock switch. Some vehicles use a set of contacts to send +12 VDC to the computer when the clutch pedal is depressed and the ignition switch is in the Start position. The notes in the EVTM are a bit conflicting which engine/trans (non-E4OD) use this signal.
If it is available to use, then wire one side of the unused contacts to the electronic shift module (pin B1) and the other to a good ground. Another option is use a momentary push button for the same purpose.
This is how the electronic shift module was wired before you did the ZF swap. And the clutch/start circuit input to the computer.
