Hey all, in the works fixing up my 87 F350, it's a crew cab / extended bed - directly behind each door are these trim lights:
They are all cracked, broken, or brittle as hell and I'd like to replace them, but for the life of me cant find a replacement to these, there's no part # anywhere on it. What do you guys think?
Someone can correct me, but I don't believe those are factory. Those are a dealer installed option. The dealer probably got them from JC Whitney or a similar vendor and installed them. That makes them very hard to track down and replace. You may find a part number on the back of them that may lead you to a manufacturer... But 35 years later, the company probably isn't around anymore.
The easiest and cheapest option is to find a similar size 12v light and install it in-place of your broken light. It won't fit the same, but it'll look much better.
