Spectra Premium
Spectra premium fuel tanks. Has anybody in our group delt with them they are out of Canada, and they make a 55 Ford F-100 Original tank. They also use a Corrosion resistant metal on their classic series with a full warranty. My truck falls under Classic! AJ

Okay guys looks like a winner. My tank was just a total loss. Had to scrap it. That Chinese stuff concerned me. Tho cheaper. Kirby radiator on Fort Worth gave me the info about thus company in Canada AJ

Rock auto.? I could not find any info if thats true. I ordered direct the shipping was only 15.00. So if I was going thru an out let like rock auto that may be true. Also paid US Dollars. Is there a Canada transfer? Really glad I Hurd about them. Better than that Taiwan stuff! AJ

Okay for everybody’s info Spectra does not make a tank for my 1955 F-100 which would probably include the 1953,1954,and 1955. I didn’t check on the 1956. Really no,interest in that. I ended up ordering a tank and will have it treated to prevent rust on the inside surface.

Hey thank you for the posts. They wanted 80.00 fir shipping. I think I got a good deal free shipping. 226.00 the coating will be 140.00. Win lose or draw. I got my tank. That's the best thing. Holiday coming up so that will delay things. Probably ship next Wednesday or Thursday. Did get all my parts, need to route my electrical. Removed the old fuel line. What a mess. Really needed to do this. Really a cobbed up job, who ever was wrenching on my truck for the previous owner. Really sad all the things I've found. AJ
