Im looking to do an axle/suspension swap on my 89 f150. The axles and suspension I want to put under it are from an 87 250. I was curious if i would have any problems or what it might entail
Just my .02 here but if you're going through the trouble of swapping axles, a solid front axle would be a premium upgrade. Below is a 78 or 79 Dana 44, however if you want heavy duty axles, a leaf sprung Dana 60 would be a good choice.

No one said it cannot be done. Is there a benefit in going from a coil spring F-150 Dana 44 TTB to what might possibly be a leaf spring Dana 44? What is the purpose of removing the 8.8 for a 10.25(?) unless the OP really needs the larger ring and pinion for off road use/big tires? Putting 3/4T axles doesn’t now make it a 3/4T truck.
