I would just take it to my local machine shop where I've had engines (and race engines) built and rebuilt before....

Only a one year warranty, BUT unlimited miles. I can vouch for their stuff - my FIL got a 6.4 from them and the only 'upgrade' he added was head studs, because they'd already done most of the rest with the internals.

After much research and what seemed to be best warranty. I went with https://choateperformance.com/, It was more expensive but they build a much needed upgraded 6.7.
