CNG to GAS E250

Got a 1997 E250 V8 van that's currently a CNG vehicle. I want to convert it to a normal gas van for my business. It's got a great body and lower mile motor. I can't sell it due to it being tied up in a loan, and I can't get CNG anywhere close to me. It's just sitting and I want to use it since I have to keep it registered and insured. What all do I need to convert?

Fuel injectors
Fuel tank, lines, evap canister
Ecm
Do I need a new wiring harness?

i did a few of them,,was it a conversion,or factory?

You're going to hate life by the time you get done with it if it was a factory job and never made for gasoline.
