Well etrailer may have had a day or two. I needed some new wheel bearing seals and was not in a hurry so I ordered somemore of what I had in the past.
Ordered on a 24th and I have them in hand delivered today. Packed properly and all 8 are in good shape and correct.
So anyway, at least I had a good result....maybe because I was not in need?

Good to know you guys both had a good experience! I also give them two thumbs up for getting the correct seals to me quickly, one or two days as I recall.
My last order was for my 5th wheel hitch, free 2 day shipping. 2 days later boxes 1 of 3 and 3 of 3 were at My house. I called customer service she found box 2 in South Korea! Called me back about 2 hours later she said I would have box 2 by 10 am the next day. The next morning I had the box.
I'm in the UK, I use etrailer.com as it's convenient to get multiple parts from one source, unfortunately they don't do international shipping but that's not generally an issue as I have a good friend who ships from the USA regularly.
I've noticed that their service has deteriorated over recent years, stuff shows as "in stock" only to be followed up with an email saying it's not, offering "alternative" parts which may or may not be suitable. Then there's the packaging......usually very poorly packed, I'm actually surprised that so far no parts have fallen out, my shipper uses tracking numbers to allocate parcels & i always request these, explaining how important they are, but 9 times out of 10 i never receive them, just a notification saying delivered.
I would love to find an alternative!
I would never use them again after my last purchase. I wanted to raise my camper so it wasn't as nose high. Asked an "expert" by email and later on the phone to insure I was getting the right part that would fit.
I even sent the "expert" a picture of the axle and the hub.
Order parts, take them to camper and try to install. They don't fit.
Start the return process and they want to charge me a restocking fee and a big one because the parts were "installed". Doesn't matter I was told the parts fit, didnt matter I sent pictures to the "expert" employee who assured me they would fit. Nope, my fault for buying the wrong part and trying to install it.
After several weeks I get 90% of my money back. I warn everybody I talk to about camper parts to buy nothing from etrailer.
