If you have power at the passenger side upper most plug, you're issue is down stream. There's 3 wires in this pigtail ([1] in my pic I found on the internet). A black, red, and tan/green tracer. The red will feed the lower pressure switch [2] along with another red with yellow tracer. If sensor is good, it will divert power to the high pressure switch [3] (red with yellow tracer and tan/green tracer wire). Compressor [4] is fed by that black wire (ground) and tan/green tracer.
As udsuth78 mentioned, there's some splices along this route. Sous sent me this diagram that helped me as well. Happy hunting.
OK, just got a chance to look at a schematic.
^^^ That diagram sucks... let me see if I can get a better one....
The switches all feed the pcm, the pcm chooses when to excite the relay, and the relay sends batt voltage to the clutch.
Do you have a good ground to your AC clutch? I know you mentioned jumping it to the battery, was that just positive or positive and negative?
The AC relay is in one of those little relay boxes under the hood. It's coil is fed by fuse #23, and ground is supplied by the PCM.
The relay gets it's main power from fuse #10, which should be hot at all times.
No, prodemand, which is the shop management system (Mitchel) from snapon.
I prefer their wire schematics to alldata. I haven't seen alldatadiy schematics, but I assume they're the same as alldata.

I'm so jelly. I can't justify the cost of the pro stuff since I don't/didn't own a shop like you do/did.

I would love to find a more affordable option. I'm lucky enough to be friends with the person that I sold my shop to, and he shares his account with me.

Do you know how I know you're gay? You use the word jelly not referring to the delicious condiment meant for biscuits and peanut butter sandwiches. Not judging though. What you do in the privacy of your truck is no concern of mine.
