The anodized aluminum grille is 1967 Custom Cab/Ranger.
1971/72 had a different steering wheel that used a horn bar instead of the horn button/horn ring used on the 1961/70 F100/350 17" diameter steering wheel.
1967/72 F350 Camper Specials with single or dual rear wheels were only available as a Cab & Chassis. There was no pickup bed version that could have used a camper shell or a "slide in the bed" over the roof camper.
ALL 1963/79 F350's with DRW (Dual Rear Wheels) were only available as a Cab & Chassis, 1980 was the first year that F350's w/DRW were available w/a pickup bed, Styleside only.
Fiberglass rear fenders used with the outer wheels bolted to the bedsides.
