Hi, I finally registered because after hours of searching I have no concrete answers so I turn to you guys.
I have a 1970 F250 that has the original split rims. I’m currently in dire need but unable to locate a tire on short notice but have learned a ton about wheels and lug patterns today so I’m finally bravely asking, will 2017 Ram 2500/3500 18 inch wheels with a confirmed matching lug pattern mount on the front or back of my truck? And secondly, will I need spacers if I only have them on the back?
2wd or 4wd? Are the wheels steel or are they alloys? If alloys, I believe the mounting flanges are too thick for your lugs. On my son's 79, we tried to mount Dodge 17" alloy wheels but the lugs were too short to come out the flange holes. And people run different width rims on their RWD vehicles all the time.

RWD. I believe they are steel. I’ve attached a picture of the potential wheels. So I’d need longer lug bolts? Would I also need spacers on the front?
