Alternator sizing

Hello,
My 2002 F-250 5.4L 2V has an alternator that is about 12 years old. I was wondering (can't find any marking on it) what size is common and what amperage is best. I honestly don't know the range. I was thinking about putting on a winch and a few accessories. Does anyone have an idea what a bigger alternator (amps) would entail?

The stock alternator is 110 amp if it’s a “bare bones” truck. If it has a factory upgrades such as a tow, camper or snowplow package, it may be 115 or 130.

If you’re adding a winch, you may want to search for aftermarket replacements that provide more than 130 amps.
