At a loss weird issue
98 F150 4.6L 2wd
I'm at a loss. Truck was sitting for months while I was out of country. Comeback to a dead and bad battery. Got a new battery. As soon as I connect the negative terminal the horn blares (one long unending) and the headlights and dash lights turn on. No key in ignition.
The locks won't work from the key fob or the buttons inside.
When I turn the key to acc or on the windshield wipers start and the washer fluid starts spraying. Radio doesn't turn on.
Won't crank when trying to start. No sound at all like it is even trying.
Been driving and fixing this truck since 2003 first time I was at a complete loss as to what to do.

I see no evidence of rodents and don't see any wire damage.
If i disconnect the anti theft module the door buttons to unlock the door work and the head lights and dash lights turn off. Key fob still won't work and won't start.
Do I maybe have a short to power on something that connects the wipers, spray ignition and anti theft? Where would those possibly cross? Having no luck finding a wiring diagram for the anti theft.
