Welcome visitors to the monthly Mississippi Chapter BS Thread... where we mostly discuss the vagaries of our weather.
If you are a MS Ford truck (any year, vintage) owner, please say hello & especially if you are interested in having the coveted chapter membership added to your FTE status.
If you're in a neighboring state/region or just like us, please feel free to join in & post.
We love projects. We love pictures of projects. If you know of a automotive event close by that may have slipped our notice, please tell us about it.
If you're out & about in the state, say where & when & we can do IRL for a cup of coffee or cool beverage. If you need advice/info/helping hand, speak up & we'll give it a shot.
Already??? Half a year is GONE??? Not that I don't wish I could forget parts of this thrice damned year...
But it just means cold is that much closer & I know hurricanes haven't even got started... WTF.

Well, seems I just can't summon the energy to keep this thread alive this month.
Just haven't had that much to get excited about.
Yesterday Thomas helped me load up Scndsin's 5.8 for a trip to the machine shop to get a couple chipped pistons replaced.
Hope that's going to be a inspiration to get it built & successfully/safely broke in before CTC in October.

Well I’m a ways from Mississippi right now, but I am with a team from Mississippi. We are down in the Dominican Republic on a mission trip. Y’all please pray that this week goes well for your fellow Mississippians.

Please be careful there. Lots going on in DR right now. Our State Department is even advising against travel there. So you know it's serious, given the current administration. I was there in 94. Mostly Haiti, but we did go into DR several times. The whole island of Hispaniola was, and still is in chaos.

Summer is officially here... yeah like we needed to hear that.
Of course I am saddened that it's down hill to short days & cold, but WTH I'm never satisfied....
