Pretty bad for a lot of other people. Usually flooding might affect one section or another of the state but this was the whole state. Probably worse then in 2011 when tropical storm Irene hit. The heavy damage from that was central to east side of the state. In May that year there was another flood that mainly affected central to northeast corner of the state. More rain today and tomorrow, maybe 1-2".
