P0299 dead throttle first 10%
My main prob is a P0299 and engine light MAP EBP Baro , KOEO and KOER all seem good readings, KOER ICP psi ICP v and IPR% all seem good to no performance issues turbo spools great, but I found one more thing I don't think should be normal my pid for APP KOER the APP pid tells me 1%-10% dead stick and the engine does nothing till it gets to 10% . 1 is this normal and 2 mite this be a clue to my P0299 low boost ? thank you for any input.

Car scan and forscan show 1-10% movement so I don't think the prob is in the peddle the PID shows it moving but the motor and all other PID's don't change till APP hits 10%, no lurching and any funny biz and no dead spots from there out everything seems real smooth from 10% on WTF 😂. and I don't think the 2007's have that throttle learn feature or do they ?
