dual after cat
I just bought my dream truck 04' F250 SD Crew Cab 4X4. Anyways I was just wondering if anyone knows how it sounds when you split after the cat put glass packs on each pipe and run it straight back around the hitch. Does it sound good? Loud?

You might want to do a search for exhaust sound clips as there have been several posted over the last year or so. Plus, it would help to know what engine you have in your truck. I think the 5.4L would sound good... the V10 would sound bad. Just my opinion.

I do have the 5.4 and I was thinking about putting split after the cat and no mufflers and straight out the back, but I had a truck like that and got ticketed in my area. So, I kind of nervous about it but I think it would sound awesome. You said you have it and it sounds great?

Fortunately I live in an area that most believe a big loud truck is a god given right! It's really not that loud though.......... The pipes were installed right behind the cat with a "Y" connector then they run pretty close to each other to the back axel where they split and go out each side of the hitch.
