There are wires going into the firewall...
one just red...goes to the starter solenoid.

There are two wires...red/red and black.. RED wire isn't connected inside the truck but the red/black goes to the horn....

As for the rest....I haven't got a clue.

I could have sworn my truck had trailer brakes before it was stolen...the box is missing. I wouldn't know even where to begin with this mess. Omg.

most of those wires are for a remote start system. that is why there is a wire going to the starter relay on the fender. and the one for the horn. is for the panic function.

My THEFT light in the dash just blinks...when I have my driver door open. Shuts off when I shut the door.

In the last picture under middle of dash the 3 pin connector may be for brake controller. The Black,Red,White,Yellow,Blue is vacuum lines for climate control

Ok, besides the ones going to the horn and the starter solenoid, what else needs to come out? What is that clear plastic box for?

The left sided cig lighter works. Radio is the OEM one and barely worked when I bought my truck. Was planning on eventually getting a nice GPS/stereo system but have not looked for one yet.

So, a quick check of my headlight switch for the dimmer reveals that my dimmer is NOT working...I turned my headlights on, and turned the **** both ways and NOTHING. So, now I have to figure out WHY. SOMETIMES my door panel lights work, sometimes they don't, sometimes the under hood light works, sometimes it doesn't. The theft alarm for my truck STILL is going off whenever I lock it, then attempt to unlock with the driver door cylinder. And the ONLY way to shut it off is to disconnect the battery. WHAT A CLUSTER....
