Really simple. next to the parking brake the pcm is in a plastic black holder. It is 2 9/32 screws. Unscrew them. Pull the plastic black hold off. You can twist it towards the pedals to get more room.
Obviously unhook the batteries and I remove the driver side and the intake.
Then on the firewall just under the fuse box you will see 3 harnesses on the left (42 pin connectors with bolts in them). Then to the right of it a single long connector with a 10mm bolt in it. Unscrew that 10mm bolt then go back in the cab and pull the pcm out. Then when I put it back in I put it in the truck and put the black holder on it then put the harness in from the engine bay.
For getting to the 10mm bolt on the firewall I went 10mm shallow socket. 10in extension and a ratchet. I electrical taped my socket to the extension so I wouldn't drop it wiggling in place.
If you would of asked 2 weeks ago I could of made a video. I had mine out a few times. If I pull it tomorrow to add another tune I will take pictures for you.
