Large mirrors on a 2000 Excursion

I need some help. I have recently purchased a 2000 Excursion and it has the large heated mirrors and the small convex mirrors. The small convex are not adjustable. Are the convex mirrors stationary are do they adjust I called Ford customer service and they couldn't answer the question and there is nothing in book that came with the truck. The way they are the convex mirrors are unusable all I see is the road.

Yeah I kind was looking to see if mine was adjustable and couldn't really see that it was. Didn't look to hard it was raining.

mine are adjustable (manually) just push on the sides or top or bottom
